What’s new and good with you Detroit Real Estate Investors?  Today, I ‘d like to talk to you about Learning to Take Charge and Make Big Decisions as a Detroit Real Estate Investor.

Taking personal responsibility for yourself and your family is really the only way that you are going to acheive the success that you are seeking.  You really cannot wait around and just hope that something great happens to you.  You gotta get out there and make things happen and surround yourself with great people that inspire you to also do great things!

Have you ever heard of Tony Robbins?  I am sure that you have.  He is a renowned author, speaker, life-changer, you name it!  This guy has changed hundreds of thousands of lives and continues to do so every single day in this world.  If you ever get a chance to pick up a book or listen to him speak…he is definitely highly recommended!

With that in mind, what are some ways that you can take charge and make some big decisions this year as a Detroit Real Estate Investor?

• Finally decide that right now is most likely the best time to invest in the Detroit Real Estate Market and find a way to acquire as many cashflowing homes as you possibly can while they are still on sale!
• Find a way to work with more and more affiliates in foreign countries that have many hungry buyers seeking great real estate deals here in Detroit.  Imagine if you could set up just 1 affiliate in 5 different countries (how would that affect your real estate investing business in 2012 here in Detroit)?
• Decide today that “if it’s to be then it’s up to me” and stop waiting for someone else to make you successful.  Either find a Pain that you can’t stand to have or find a Pleasure that drives you to take action or both (Tony Robbin’s language) and take massive action because 2012 is the year of taking massive action and it will truly fly by you if you do not take advantage and make the best of it!

These are just a handful of ways that you can start taking more personal responsibility in your life and make some big boy and big girl decisions to really change your life and your family.  Decisions will come from inspiration or desperation (another Tony Robbins Quote) and I would rather you act off of the former rather than the latter option (although desperation really does make you work your butt off)!
